Right of withdrawal and immediate delivery

This notice applies when you buy the Scanylo fix plan. The seller is {owner_name}, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway (organisation number {org_number}), {address}. Contact: [email protected].

The short version

The fix plan is digital content that we deliver right after you pay. If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. When you ask us to start delivery immediately and confirm that you lose that right once delivery starts, the right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins. That is why checkout asks you to tick a box before you pay.

I want my fix plan delivered immediately. I understand that once delivery starts I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content.

You must tick this box to pay. It is not ticked for you. If you do not tick it, we cannot deliver the plan immediately, and you cannot buy it.

What this means in practice

  • If you are a consumer (you buy for private use, not for your business): you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered at once with your consent, that right ends when delivery starts, as long as you have ticked the box and we have confirmed it. We confirm it in your receipt email.
  • If you are buying for a business: the right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
  • When delivery starts: the plan is created when your payment is confirmed. Delivery starts when we begin making your plan available to you on your report page and by email.
  • If we cannot deliver: you are entitled to a refund, whatever the checkbox says.
  • If the plan is faulty or does not match what we described: your legal rights for faulty digital content stay in force. Write to us, and we will fix it or refund you.

Before delivery starts

If you want to cancel before we start delivery, write to [email protected] straight away with your order number. We will stop the order and refund you if delivery has not started.

Standard withdrawal form

If you are a consumer with a right of withdrawal, you can tell us by any clear statement sent to [email protected]. You do not have to use a form, but you may use this text:
